By participating in any training or following any instruction provided through Fight Elevator, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Martial arts and self-defense training involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • You are solely responsible for your physical condition and safety.

Fight Elevator is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.

4. No Professional or Legal Advice

The content provided is not legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding self-defense and weapon use.

5. Membership & Payments

  • Memberships may include recurring subscription billing.

  • Pricing, promotions, and trial periods (including free trials) are subject to change.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, logos, and course materials, are the property of Fight Elevator and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share content without permission

  • Record, download, or resell course materials
