By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Subscription Access

Fight Elevator operates on a recurring subscription model. When you purchase a membership, you are granted access to our training content for the duration of your active billing period.

2. 7-Day Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial to new members.

  • You will not be charged during the trial period

  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed

  • If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Services through the remainder of your current billing period

  • After your billing period ends, your access will be terminated

  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.

4. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused time

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

  • Lack of use or dissatisfaction
